SIGVARIS is the world leader in the manufacture of compression and medical socks, tights and stockings. With its parent company based in Winterthur, this family-run Swiss group has 1,450 employees in nine subsidiaries throughout the world, and sales of around €200 million.
Its subsidiary SIGVARIS SAS is responsible for the ESW area and has four sites in France and a sales subsidiary in the UK. With sales of €114 million, the company has 720 employees, half of them based at two sites in Loire (42), at Andrezieux-Boutheon and at Saint-Just-Saint-Rambert, the company’s headquarters.
As part of the restructuring of the French subsidiary’s management, SIGVARIS SAS contacted Apostrof to help with the direct approach recruitment of half of the new management team: general management, sales, communication, etc. As a result of Virginie Graziani’s tailored research and specific expertise, a number of highly experienced employees have joined the company’s management, ready to deploy an ambitious strategy for expansion.
