Creator of talent since 1936, CARREL is a key player in training in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. The institute includes a vocational and technical high school, a school for social and health professions and a campus for higher education. The structure thus offers training courses up to Bac +5, available in initial or sandwich courses.
Redesigning the organisation on the basis of skills and talents
In the context of the reform of vocational training, CARREL wanted to reorganise its organisation so that it could position itself on other titles and/or other training schemes. In order to have a complete vision of the skills and potential of its teams, Apostrof accompanied the structure in this transformation and evaluation process. As a result, twenty CARREL employees took part in a half-day assessment center on our premises.

About the Assessment Center evaluation
The Assessment or Development Center are methodologies that use professional situations. The objective is to carry out a precise diagnosis of the strengths and areas for improvement of a candidate or employee.
In the context of recruitment, this stage enables the company to advise on a suitable integration plan for the individual’s personality and skills.
Also, having a global vision of talent is essential to prepare a new organisation within a company. In the case of internal mobility, the assessment includes specific recommendations on a development plan.
