Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) accompanies its students through a course dedicated to developing their employability during their curriculum. In this context, GEM assigns to Virginie GRAZIANI the task to organise an interactive workshop dedicated to understanding and experimenting the practice of the Assessment Center in order to prepare the french and the international students.

The practice of the Assessment Center to prepare the futur
The career pole of GEM organized a training workshop, interactive, designed and animated by Apostrof in order to sensitize its students to the practice of the Assessment Center. Indeed, most of the Management school curriculum are likely to realize an Assessment Center during their career. In the current delicate context of Covid, the intervention took place online but the students still got access to role play duos, as well as other fun stimulation exercices that are essential in order to experiment the procedure and its concerns.
