Cornelia TANZER – Leadership Assessment and Development Specialist
Cornelia studied psychology and received her doctor’s degree with her dissertation on the practical use of Development Centers. Cornelia has more than 15 years of experience as a trainer and coach. She has a diploma in executive coaching and focuses on management diagnostics and leadership development. As a HR Consultant, she designs and implements recruitment and selection processes for a wide range of well-known national and international companies in many industries. Before starting her own business, Cornelia has worked in a consulting company for many years as a partner. Today, she is involved in several professional networks.
Lynn SANDERS – Assessment and Development Center Specialist
A Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Lynn‘s experience covers many areas of talent management including coaching, facilitation, training design and assessment for selection and development. She has a diploma in executive coaching and is also an accredited Action Learning Facilitator. Trained and highly experienced in the use of psychometrics, Lynn uses psychometrics extensively in her assessment, coaching and personal development work.
As well as operating in a consultancy capacity, Lynn has worked in in-house talent management and organisational development roles for two of the major news and media organisations in the UK; the BBC and Guardian News & Media.
