The CLASQUIN group specialises in overseas forwarding and logistics, and has 49 offices in 19 countries. Its global headquarters is in the Part-Dieu district of Lyon. As designer and supervisor of the whole overseas transport and logistics chain, CLASQUIN offers its customers a full range of services from freight collection to final distribution.
To accompany the group’s strong organic growth, CLASQUIN wanted to support certain managers, who had been given internal promotions, in their new roles. CLASQUIN contacted the Apostrof team to carry out a detailed managerial audit of its managers using an assessment center and then create a tailored development programme including management or career development coaching.
