CLASQUIN HQ

The CLASQUIN group specialises in overseas forwarding and logistics, and has 49 offices in 19 countries. Its global headquarters is in the Part-Dieu district of Lyon. As designer and supervisor of the whole overseas transport and logistics chain, CLASQUIN offers its customers a full range of services from freight collection to final distribution.

To accompany the group’s strong organic growth, CLASQUIN wanted to support certain managers, who had been given internal promotions, in their new roles. CLASQUIN contacted the Apostrof team to carry out a detailed managerial audit of its managers using an assessment center and then create a tailored development programme including management or career development coaching.

Tailored support: career/management development coaching

“I really enjoyed each of my sessions with Christele, the Consultant who worked with me, which I think personally is something vital to the success of this approach. Our discussions enabled me to tackle particular areas I wanted to work on. They were also perfectly suited to my career path and my forthcoming promotion to a cross-company role. Each session consisted of two distinct parts: firstly, the kind of managerial situations encountered in a company, and then a more theoretical part, which I would describe as being rather like a toolbox. I really liked this approach and I am very grateful to Apostrof for its professionalism and the time I spent with them.”
Patrice Beck, Sales Director France, CLASQUIN
